Safety and Legal Use Disclosure
Please read before using the service. By starting a ride or otherwise using the service, you agree to follow applicable local laws and safety guidance.
1) Safety rules you must follow
- Wear a suitable helmet and other protective gear as required by local law and good safety practice.
- Observe traffic rules and road signs. Use the correct lane and follow permitted areas for riding.
- Keep both hands on the controls where applicable; ride at a safe speed and maintain proper visibility.
- Do not use while impaired (alcohol, drugs, or medications that affect reaction time).
- Do not use the service if you are not physically able to ride safely.
2) Eligibility and rental/usage conditions
- You are responsible for ensuring you meet local legal requirements for operating the vehicle/using the service.
- You must follow instructions provided for safe use, including any limitations related to the device/vehicle and its intended use.
- Misuse, unsafe riding, or violation of local law may result in termination of access and/or liability for damages.
- If an intermediary is involved, the service may facilitate connection with the relevant provider; you should follow the specific instructions shown at checkout and during use.
3) Distance agreement and consumer information (UA)
If you place an order online (distance agreement) and execute it via the website, we provide the pre-contract information and key contract terms before you place or execute the order.

- Order confirmation: You will review the order details before proceeding.
- Payment wording: If the ordering flow includes payment, the order-with-payment step is presented in the ordering UI so that the transaction is treated as an order that includes payment.
- Termination/withdrawal: Information needed to exercise the right to terminate/withdraw is provided before order execution, aligned with the applicable distance-agreement framework.
4) Personal data
We handle personal data only for the purposes described in our privacy disclosures, and we take steps to ensure lawful processing and consent/notice where required.

5) Intermediary disclosure
If our platform transmits information or helps coordinate between you and the provider, we describe our role accurately and do not imply that we are always the end provider of the service.
