Deposit

A deposit is charged at booking to secure your scooter or e-bike. It is released after the rental ends and the device is returned in acceptable condition.

Late return

If you go over your selected time, late minutes are billed automatically. If the delay becomes significant, we may need to extend the rental or arrange a return window.

Cancellations

You can cancel based on the timing of your start time. The closer you cancel to the start, the more likely a fee applies.

Please keep your booking details handy. If plans change, adjust or cancel as early as possible.
