2. Eligibility and safe use

  • You must be eligible to ride in Ukraine and follow the operator/partner instructions shown in the rental process.
  • You must wear a helmet if required by the vehicle type/instructions and local traffic rules.
  • Do not ride under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and keep within safe speed and visibility limits.
  • Use only permitted riding areas and respect signage, pedestrian safety, and local regulations.

3. Booking; pre-contract information for distance agreements

Before you place the order, we provide clear pre-contract information on the website, including business identification details and the key terms relevant to your distance (online) agreement.
